It’s only natural to assume that practicing meditation would lead to a trouble-free and easy life. However, as we all know, life doesn’t spare anyone from difficulties and problems. It often brings frustration and negative thoughts, which begs the question: What are the actual advantages and benefits of engaging in meditation?

Now I would like to share a personal experience that throw light on the importance of balance. During my 12th-grade years, there was a memorable incident that tested my equilibrium. One late night, while hanging out with two friends, stranger intruded in our group and unleashed a barrage of verbal abuse. Pause for a moment and imagine yourself in that situation, how you might have reacted to it. While one of my friends impulsively engaged in an argument, I chose a different approach. I intervened and guided my friends away from the scene, helping them regain their composure. Later, one of my friends asked me how I remained so balanced in that moment. I simply replied, “It’s my nature.”

However, on the following day, I realized that my initial response didn’t fully capture the truth. It led me to contemplate the nature of reactions versus responses. Reacting means being swept away by the emotions of others, while responding involves observing those emotions and acting based on our own inner state. This understanding prompted me to delve into the role of aura in this process. I discovered that a weak aura makes us vulnerable to the influence of others, whereas a strong aura empowers us to stay calm in challenging situations. Regular meditation and other aura cleansing techniques played a vital role in developing and strengthening my aura.

Now, let’s get to the heart of today’s topic. Despite regular meditation practice and adopting various techniques to cleanse and heal the aura, we must acknowledge that problems and difficulties can still arise. However, meditation equips us with the ability to detach ourselves from those situations and cultivate inner relaxation and tranquility. Such state of mind helps us to respond rather than react, resulting in a drastic shift in our approach to any situation. Additionally, although negative thoughts may surface, their intensity diminishes significantly. They become like fleeting water bubbles during rain, dissipating swiftly and leaving us free to embrace the present moment.

In our journey of practicing meditation and seeking life balance, it’s crucial to acknowledge that challenges are an integral part of life. However, meditation serves as a powerful tool to cultivate inner equilibrium and respond thoughtfully to difficult situations. Through regular practice, we can strengthen our aura and maintain a sense of calmness and detachment amidst adversity. While negative thoughts may occasionally arise, meditation helps reduce their impact, allowing them to pass by like fleeting whispers.

To make a conclusion to it, life will be difficult, and it might throw problems but when you are calm and relaxed within makes it easier to approach and find the solution. One of the best ways known to me for being relaxed and calm within is #meditation.
